Pulled BBQ Omaha Food Truck has been invited back to this year's 2nd Annual Food Truck Faceoff qualifying round, and we are going up against a very popular newer food truck, C'est la Crepe, and would LOVE AND APPRECIATE your support and vote to help us hopefully advance to the final round! This year's qualifying round will be returning to one of our favorite brewery locations in the Omaha Metro, just south of 108th & Giles on Portal Rd at the homes of Pint Nine Brewing and Kros Strain Brewing. While we will also have our regular food truck menu being served, our entry into this highly competitive event will be one of our newest fan favorites, the King Pua Sammich, served with a side of our Hawaiian Pineapple BBQ Baked Beans! What is the King Pua, you ask? It is inspired by our friends in Hawaii, where we take a buttered toasted Rotella's brioche bun, layer it with a slice of provolone, pickles, smoked ham, grilled pineapple, pulled pork, then topped with our creamy coleslaw and serve it with a side of our Hawaiian inspired Huli Huli BBQ Sauce!
